We write your personalised programme every 6-8 weeks and follow you every step of the way for safety. You are shown how to use all of our gear, not just once on your first day....we show you with each programme how to use the equipment safely. We provide advanced programmes, personal training, free child care (so you can come in, workout and not worry about the kids) We are here to help women of all shapes and sizes and from all back grounds get fit and healthy. Losing weight is not what our gym is all about, it is about lifestyle! Some people need to gain weight, we can help with this also. We come to the gym so we can enjoy life not just eat lettuce! We are the most unprofessional gym in town, we are comfortable, we swear, it is no fashion parade and you are yourself here not anyone else. We look forward to seeing you in the gym!
