  Terrible service and very unhelpful staff. I arranged delivery of a product from DHL in America who will not deliver to a Box number. We live 50 meters out of a small town and are considered rural, we do not have a letterbox at our home. DHL have a subcontractor to deliver their goods which is Courier Post, who do not deliver to my area and have passed my parcel onto Rural post. Rural post will not deliver to my home as I do not have a letter box. However no one told me any of this, I spent three days trying to find out where my parcel is and when would it be delivered. No one could/ or can tell me, they have no contact details for me so no one can contact me to tell me how to get my parcel. And it appears that I am being difficult as I want my parcel, AND they still do not knwo where my parcel is!!
